Purpose of this tool :

Paint the object and background [o easily copy the color and fill it.

Gradient tool has fill how many colors in a image,then you choose a color.

3D material drop tool is similar to the eye dropper tool,it works only 3D workspace.

1.Gradient tool (G) :

This tool is like a rainbow color and choose you want any color to gradient.It has five styles.

There are,

1.Linear

2.Radial

3.Angle

4.Reflected

5.Diamond

These are the different styles used in gradient tool. This style shows in option bar.It contains blending mode also,then you select reverse option to inverse the color.

Examples are there,

Linear

Radial

Angle

Reflected

Diamond

Enable the Reverse option in option bar

2.Paint bucket tool (G) :

This tool has use to fill the color and patterns. Select the tool and see the option bar to mode foreground and patterns.If you only fill the foreground color,you want fill background color and swap it color. next,have a patterns tool click it to enable the pattern option .

3.3D Material drop tool (G) :

This tool is similar to eye dropper tool,it works on 3d workspace only.It used to pick the color one 3d object and fill that color to the another object.
