1.Blur Tool :
Blur tool is make a background blur. Object is fully focused.It enable the tool, in option bar to adjust brush size and hardness and change the mode, strength.choose the image and select blur tool draw over the image.
In another way,
Select quick selection tool and select the image or object then,press shift+Ctrl+I or go-to select in menu bar and select inverse selection. Go to menu bar select filter>Blur> Gaussian blur to adjust the strength to the picture.
2.Sharpen Tool :
This tool also used to Pixalaite the image and highlight the image adjust to structure of the image.Option bar is similar to the blur tool.
3.Smudge tool :
Smudge tool is used to digital painting,then create finger painting to draw over the image.
