EYEDROPPER TOOL :

The Photoshop's eyedropper tool used as sample color of an image.Then increase the "sample size" in options bar for better representation experience of the selected particular sampled area's coloring.In this you have selected the all layer's to select more color,in option bar shown the options to select the all layers or current layer.but prefer the all layer's.

3D MATERIAL EYEDROPPER TOOL:

The 3 dimension material eyedropper tool is used for sample and particular materials are viewing from 3D model experiencing in Photoshop. That tools are advanced model material and easy to developing.This tool used on the 3D working project's.

COLOR SAMPLER TOOL:

The color sampler tool is used managing the displays color values for the selected(sampled) area in an image. Then st a same time for using can be four areas sampled. Perfect view the color information in photoshop's info panel.

If you choose any color using the color sampler tool it will give the specific value for the color

RGB OR CYMK

RULER TOOL:

The ruler tool is measures the distance,location and angles. Then great for such the positioning images and elements it is exactly where you want them. If you think any shape in wrong position to arrange the correct position with help of ruler tool.create the new layer insert the image if you create the smart object you will converted into rastarise image to working normally.Select the image and click on the image drag the line do you want any place and view the option bar and click the straightend line , you will see the image changes.

Else you create the smart object image do not show the straightend option in option bar.

NOTE TOOL :

The note tool allows you to attach text-based notes to your Photoshop's document, it either for yourself or for others working on the same project. The notes are saved as a part of the PSD file format. You want any change in a time so, we create note tool and note the changes in note info finally done the work you will remember the note tool.

COUNT TOOL:

The count tool is used for counting. The counting is two types MANUAL & AUTOMATIC. manually count is no of object in an image. or to have photoshop automatically count format is multiple selected areas in the image.
